Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik is the key implementing partner of Save the Children in Indonesia.  We work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Child Right Governance, Child Poverty, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response.
In partnership with the Humanitarian Leadership Academy based in London UK, Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik is facilitating the recruitment of a high qualified professional to establish and oversee HLA operations in Indonesia. We are currently seeking to fill the following postion:
Digital Learning Specialist – Indonesia Academy Centre

We’re looking for a proven innovator and technical expert to join us as Digital Learning Specialist at the Indonesia Academy Centre and act as key focal point for the users of our learning platform in Indonesia - Kaya.
The Role
You will specifically work to develop, enhance, contextualise and adapt the learning platforms content of in line with the Indonesia and the wider Asia - Pacific humanitarian context. They also recruit and manage external consultants who are working on the system.
The Digital Learning Specialist will also oversee the Centre’s knowledge management function and will seek to collectively and systematically create, share and apply knowledge to better achieve the centre’s (and global team’s) objectives through the acquisition, management, and utilization of information and knowledge that are aimed at making improvements to humanitarian response within the country and the Asia Pacific region.
The Person
To be successful, you’ll be fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia with the right to work in Indonesia. You may also need to be willing to travel to insecure environments for short periods of time. You will have solid management experience in a learning and development function, preferably from a variety of sectors. You will also have a clear understanding of Instructional Design and Curriculum Development using newer methods and tools including e-learning, virtual classroom, knowledge sharing, social learning tools, and mobile learning; as well as a proven track record in establishing new learning initiatives, projects and programs including governance, policies, processes, and procedures to a variety of audiences.
