RTI International Job Vacancy: Senior Finance Manager, Jakarta - Indonesian

RTI International is preparing for an upcoming 4-year activity in Indonesia aimed at strengthening the resilience of key Indonesian institutions and communities to better support vulnerable populations—particularly youth and migrant workers. The project will be based out of Jakarta.

RTI is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager and the position is contingent upon award and funding. S/he will be responsible for oversight of the activity’s financial matters, including preparation of all financial documents required for a successful implementation of the activity, including financial plans, cost calculations, and financial review documents.

S/he will also be responsible for:
  • Monitoring all project spending, including grants and subcontract disbursements, accruals and other financial indicators.
  • Managing finance/accounting personnel and functions of the project offices, including accounting, reporting to local tax authorities, banking and coordination with Operations and Compliance at the RTI Home Office

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field is required, Master degree preferred; Substantial related experience working in project financial management for NGOs, with strong knowledge of international donor requirements; Familiarity with sub grants management and project finance management, including financial controls, accounting, auditing, as well as reporting on accruals, pipelines and expenses, etc.; Familiarity and experience with USAID finance and project management policies and practices required; Fluency in English (both spoken and written) and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written) required.
