Avatara Konsultama Membutuhkan Tenaga Auditor Penempatan Di Jakarta

Work as part of our company’s International Aid and Development Project Division. Conduct a series of operational and compliance-based audits. Work in a team environment and interact with both external auditors and internal personnel while conducting audits. Participate in conducting operational, compliance, and financial audits  and execute the audit plan and programs, including assessment of the adequacy of the design and operational effectiveness of controls and processes.

Report to the Audit Manager and Senior Manager and assess the risk and impact of identified issues. Perform follow-up, tracking, and testing management remediation action plans to address issues identified during audits and assists with the reporting and presentation of the audit report and results. Perform various administrative tasks to support the department.

This position requires the ability to conduct minimum travel.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of internal or external audit practices
• Ability to work in a team and leverage time management and organizational expertise
• Ability to conduct minimal travel of  25%
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

Additional Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with accounting, including external audit or internal audit expertise
• Experience in conducting audit for development projects funded by international donor, e.g. DFAT, USAid, etc.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including working with all personnel levels
