Scope of work
Researcher will work under the supervision of Deputy Director (interim), with scope of services, as follow:
- To support the development of knowledge management system focusing on: data and information management from the field work activities of KS team
- To produce writings in the form of: policy brief, policy papers with particular attention to the issues of: livelihood, conservation, production and institution.
- Conduct field research to collect data/information for the research writing purposes.
Output expected from the researcher works are as follow:
- Data management systems (that could be in the form of: matrix, databases, formulas, etc)
- Policy briefs, policy papers, articles, resume and other form of writings
- Field notes, minuets, interview notes, etc
- Minimum Master degree in Natural Resource Management, Conservation or other related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years work experience in research and analysis, policy formulation, and strategic planning for conservation development
- Proven ability to produce articles, reports and research papers
- Excellent written and spoken English
