SOS Children's Village Indonesia Job Vacancy: NSPO Coordinator (National Sponsorship Coordinator) - Bandung

Key Performance Area:

• Communicates with sponsors and donors and is their main point of contact: Designs messages directed at sponsors and donors and writes exciting, honest and inspiring messages for them
• Acts as intermediary between sponsors and children or programmes to safeguard the respective rights and interest of both groups
• Oversees, organises and manages sponsorship work in the country and assures/monitors quality
• Implements and follows up on international project aimed towards increasing the level of service quality and stewardship towards donors and sponsors
• Builds, trains and guides a team of sponsorship co-workers at programme level

Educational Background:
Degree of business administration or languages

Experience Background

• A minimum of 7-year experience in the field of sponsorship communication.
• Minimum 3-year experience as a manager

Skill Set:

• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and local language
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to design and create innovative, inspiring messages for sponsors and donors
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of Child protection
• Competency in Integrity and Compliance
• Good translation and interpretation skills

• Ability to present and explain data
