Happy Hearts Fund Indonesia is focusing on rebuilding schools impacted by natural disasters and/or in underprivileged areas across Indonesia. Starting from 2018-22 HHF Indonesia is committed to rebuild 200 schools in the eastern part of Indonesia, NTT (Nusa Tengara Timur). With that we are launching a fundraising and awareness campaign to reach our goal.
We are looking for a strong candidate to lead our campaign, support the fundraising and strategic PR/Marketing objectives.
This position is based in our Jakarta office and open to all Indonesian citizens. Ideal candidates include the following skillsets:

- Able to develop an effective fundraising strategy for the 5 year campaign and support our existing fundraising team to develop further
- Able to manage and nurture relationships with different stakeholders
- Able to develop, design and execute online fundraising campaign
- Collaborate with other team members in promoting and executing the campaign in regards of existing donors as well as future prospects
- Design and Photoshop skills is a must
- Able to work independently, but commit to the use of a reporting operating system
- Strong writing/editorial skills
