SAMBU Group Foundation Job Vacancy: Program Manager - Jakarta

Sambu Group will establish a foundation, a non profit organization that will focus on promoting and educate the benefit of coconut products. And also social empowerment, education, economic and environment development especially for coconut farmers.

Summary
PROGRAM MANAGER will lead and manage the Foundation’s activities and administrative affairs – together with Foundation’s partners developing plan, strategies to implement the Foundation’s programs – maintaining good relationship and representing the Foundation to government, business, civil society leaders, the media, the donor community and other relevant institution.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable university.
• Proven experience of a similar role, in a similar type of organisation (preferably an NGO, public sector or international representative office environment).
• Fluent in both oral and written English is a must.
• Excellent organisational skills, motivated, able to multi-task efficiently, and familiarity with working within a challenging and time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, diplomacy and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable in a wide range cultural and operational situations, demonstrating culturally sensitive behaviour with a diverse range of people.
• Ability to travel extensively all around Indonesia and overseas.
