Requirements
- Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable university.
- Proven experience of a similar role, in a similar type of organisation (preferably an NGO, public sector or international representative office environment).
- Fluent in both oral and written English is a must.
- Excellent organisational skills, motivated, able to multi-task efficiently, and familiarity with working within a challenging and time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, diplomacy and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable in a wide range cultural and operational situations, demonstrating culturally sensitive behaviour with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to travel extensively all around Indonesia and overseas.
