- To manage the delivery of examinations to ensure compliance with security and exam body standards as wellas high levels of customer service to ensure business success.
- To implement and monitor exam processes to support achievement of business targets and development plans.
- To manage finance related to exams income, direct expenses and other administrative costs to meet financial compliance level.

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
Examinations delivery:
- Ensure delivery of examinations complies with the exam boards and the British Council exam quality standards.
- Assure secure and efficient processes are in place for compliance to exam body regulations, including conducting effective stock checks and other audits.
- Build capacity so as to ensure smooth delivery of increased volume of examinations. Recruit, train and monitor venue staff and clerical markers in line with existing standards.
- Supervise the operational planning for and delivery of exams sessions from the setting of registration dates to the delivery of test results.
- Ensure implementation and operation of transformation that will include major changes to systems, processes and the team structure in the near future.
- Ensure that all exam processes are in line with the British Council Equal Opportunities and Diversity, Child Protection, Data Protection and other overarching corporate policies.
- Manage budgets and oversee financial and administrative returns. Ensure effective, compliant financial processes and accurate financial information.
- Check monthly income reconciliations to ensure that there is adequate supporting documentation and that any differences between exams records and the British Council finance system are satisfactorily explained and accounted for.
- Maintain accurate records of monthly exams expenditure against budget.
- Work closely with Exams partners to ensure the smooth and effective administration and delivery of exams across Indonesia.
- Design and implement efficient and customer friendly processes that reflect the Council corporate customer service standards, as well as acting on objective feedback and using this to make improvements.
- Lead on exams customer satisfaction surveys and scorecard.
