Wahana Visi Indonesia is a Christian humanitarian organization working to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty. Wahana Visi Indonesia has been working for more than 15 years, employing more than 800 staff in the programs and serving 1,400 of the poorest villages. Our focus is on programming effort on health, education, child protection and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries.
One of the project that will be implemented soon by Wahana Visi Indonesia is M4P Moringa Project. This project implemented with financial support from ANCP (World Vision Australia), which focuses to increase income of farmers through Moringa production and processing by implementing M4P (Making Market Work for the Poor) approach and LVCD (Local Value Chain Development).

1. Team Leader (Code : TL Moringa)
Major Roles:
Responsible to work with Moringa National Project Manager to manage the project team implementing an series of M4P (Making Market Work for the Poor) interventions of Moringa market system in Sulawesi Tengah.

This position will assist in the set up and operationalization of the monitoring and result measurement system of the intervention activities in Sulawesi Tengah.

- Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Business or related field/s will be highly valued
- Min 2 Years Experiences in Project Management or Community Development programmes
- Strong understanding of M4P and LVCD methodology
- Strong understanding of commercial market operations and systems
- Good English skill with min. TOEFL score 550
Major Roles:
This position will assist in the set up and operationalization of the monitoring and result measurement system of the intervention activities in Sulawesi Tengah.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in statistic, social, management or other development studies
- Min. 2 years experiences in Design Monitoring Evaluation task
- Willingness to relocate at any location, travel and stay overnight of Wahana Visi Indonesia ministry area
- Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skill
Major Roles:
Responsible to do planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation implementation of the projects that contribute to the achievement of Moringa Project goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Preferaby master degree majoring the project sector, business sectors, economic sector or any other relevant field.
- Min. 2 years experiences as Project Coordinator of respected sector
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Good English skill with min. TOEFL score 450.
