What you will be expected to do
- Think outside the box to develop a thought-through social media strategy for the company and its clients, that increases followers and targets new customers while keeping the current audience consistently engaged
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Oversee and manage social media channels such as Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and Linkedin on regular basis
- Create compelling and dynamic content for social media
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly analytic reports for social media platforms
- Analyze statistics to identify areas of improvement and opportunity and give suggestions for improvements
Your experience
- At least 3 years experience handling social media activities for brands, corporates or NGOs, independently or in a team
- Experience with paid social campaigns and ad platforms
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including designers and developers
- Ability to multitask and still be organized
- Passionate towards environmental and/or developmental issues
- Digital-savvy and passionate about social media personally and professionally
- Preferably from PR / Media / Communication industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English with emphasis on writing and proofreading
- Familiarity with various social media platforms (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and many more) and up to date with the current trends
- Ability to operate and leverage various social media management and analytics tools (HootSuite, etc)
- Good analytical thinking and creative writing to summarize insights from social media analytics tools and make reports
