KEHATI Foundation Job Vacancy: Database Officer, Jakarta - Indonesian

Job Title: Information/IT/Database Officer
Unit: Monitoring and Evaluation
Supervisor: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist
Location: Jakarta Office
Duration: May 2017 – Mar 2018

Responsibilities:
  • Manage information and database (through among other: MIS or GIS), including to support Project Management Information System (PMIS) of MCA-Indonesia management, as well as supporting GPM Team in writing reports, documentation and information package development.
  • Ensure that data/information of CBRNM Grants is entered into the Project Management Information System (PMIS) and regularly updated
  • Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist, and work closely with M&E Officers ESS Specialist, SGIP Specialist, SSRE Specialist, SSI Specialist, Grant Management Specialist, and other crosscutting specialist or experts.
  • Conduct field-monitoring to collect data as needed
  • Provide technical assistance on data collection and reporting to relevant team member of grantee
Qualifications:
Graduate level diploma/ degree in relevant field (information technology, computer science, communication or agriculture/forestry/sector background with IT experience)

Experience & Skills Personal:
  • Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in the similar position, adequate writing skills, experience with database software/web applications, eye for detail and accuracy, and the ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines
  • Well-developed report writing skills; demonstrated experience in preparing program reports for diverse audiences including program management; community stakeholders; government and donor agencies.
