Assist the Foundation to ensure completeness of grants file.

Assist the Foundation to ensure completeness of grants file.
JOB FUNCTIONS
GRANT/FINANCE ADMINISTRATION:
- Review/conduct sample checking of implementing partner financial report on completeness, accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare the review result for GO to finalize and represent GO to communicate to implementing partner when needed.
- Under the assignment from the Grants Coordinator/Manager, assist the Grants and Contract Unit on grants administration.
- Double check the completeness of partner grant file – financial and grants administration related.
- To assist GO in-charge in maintain the grant tracker.
- Close coordination with the GO in charged on financial report status, especially for findings needs a follow up action such as; lack of supporting documents and potentially to a report and documents falsification as well as partner internal control weaknesses issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in accounting;
- Experience in donor-funded grant-related work will be an advantage;
- Minimum four-year degree in accounting or finance-related educational subject;
- Good knowledge in financial reporting standard and general accounting principles;
- Good analytical skills;
- Attention to details and accuracy;
- Excellent time management;
- Interest in professional development;
- Self-motivated and a good team player.
