MAMPU Project Membuka Call For Proposal TA for Leadership Training

Call for Proposal
The MAMPU Program is a jointly led initiative of the National Planning and Development Ministry (BAPPENAS) of the Government of Indonesia (GoI) and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) of the Government of Australia (GoA) that ultimately aims to improve the access of poor women in Indonesia to critical services and programs and improve their livelihoods.
The MAMPU Program provides grants and technical assistance to partners working in five thematic areas:
  • Increasing women’s access to jobs and removing workplace discrimination
  • Improving women’s access to government programs for social protection
  • Improving conditions for women’s overseas labour migration
  • Strengthening women’s leadership for better health
  • Strengthening women’s leadership to reduce violence against women

In the upcoming second phase, the program will focus on supporting implementing partners to influence targeted government policies (at every level), regulations and services, and mobilizing greater public support for their cause. At this juncture, moving into the second phase, it is integral to support implementing project stakeholders with tools and methodologies on how to effectively work together and lead change towards to achievement of project goals and results.
Currently, MAMPU is looking for a high calibre Service Provider who can facilitate a Leadership training for Program Senior Management Staff, DFAT representatives and potentially other DFAT-Funded project staff in order to build team effectiveness and individual leadership capacity of individuals working on the implementation of internationally-funded development programming. The course will be based on internationally accepted standards and concepts of adult learning principles and experiential learning.
MAMPU would like to invite interested consultants to submit a proposal for the RFQ.
