Human Resources Development and General Affairs Officer
Based in Bali (Job Code: HRDGAO)
Direct report to Program Operational Manager, The HRD and General Affairs Officer as part of the WISATA Project team has the following tasks and responsibilities
Tasks
  • Maintain the overall staff administration based on Swisscontact guidelines and procedures;
  • Provide support to staff to develop the skill and capabilities of staff
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities;
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff;
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, consultant and volunteer/intern on human resource and work related issues;
  • Provide support on government relations for WISATA project include formalities for expatriate staff;
  • Support the implementation of WISATA project based on specific requests
  • Monthly report submission on tasks related to job description
  • Maintain time recording to Swisscontact instructions
  • Participate in regular meetings
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination with all WISATA offices
  • Support the Program Manager, Program Operation Manager, Deputy PM, the Component Managers to specific assignments
