Internship Opportunity – Story Writing Intern, MAMPU Indonesia
The MAMPU program aims to
improve the welfare of poor women in Indonesia. We work with government,
gender-interested organizations and parliamentarians to influence government
policies and improve access to services for poor women in Indonesia.
Since 2013, MAMPU and its partners have been performing many activities and events at national and sub-national level. There are a lot of information and stories to be documented and shared not only to all of our partners as examples of good practices and lesson learned, but also to wider audiences to ensure they have good understanding about the issues we have been advocating for, to get their supports.
The story documentation becomes even
more important now as MAMPU is now in the period of “Voice and Influence” where
it needs to voice louder about women’s issues and develop supportive public
opinion to influence policies that benefit poor women in Indonesia.
To help us achieve this, we are looking
a high caliber individual to join us for three months as a Story Writing Intern. The intern will help to write stories and
share the stories through MAMPU communications channels such as website and
social media.
