Job Title : Communications/PR Manager
Reports to: Director FNPF
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage FNPF social media and website activities
- Manage media contacts and donor lists
- Draft and issue press releases, information notes, and written materials for dissemination to donors, local, and international media as well as other stakeholders
- Manage FNPF Newsletter
- Production of FNPF Annual Report
- Maintain a list of useful contacts
Specific Tasks :
- Proactively identify fundraising opportunities, both in Indonesia and overseas
- Prepare and coordinate/write fundraising/grant proposal
- Back-up admin operations
- Production of FNPF events
Core Competencies :
- Well developed writing skills, in both English and Indonesian
- Knowledge of media handling and awareness-raising campaign
- Ability to handle large volume of work and have excellent organizational skills
- Commitment to creating positive environmental, social and cultural changes
- Ability to take initiatives, be flexible and adaptable in a challenging environment
- Computer literacy (Photoshop and HTML)
- Capability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to work independently and under pressure of set timeline
- Good interpersonal skills with excellent social skills
- Well developed cultural sensitivity and the ability to fit-in in different ethnic scenarios
- Team player
- Committed and user focused, reliable, highly motivated with analytical skills to problems solving
Essential Minimum Qualifications :
- University graduate
Essential Minimum Experience :
- 1 (one) year working experience, preferably in an NGO environment
- Experience in proposal writing
- Experience in event organization
Other Desirables :
- Experience in working in a team
- Comfortable in public speaking
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks
- Up-to-date FNPF website
