Project Description:
The
Indonesia Clean Energy Development (ICED II) Project is funded by the USAID
(United States Agency for International Development) and implemented by Tetra
Tech ES, Inc. (USA). The purpose of ICED
II is to assist the GOI in establishing an effective policy, regulatory and
incentive environment for low-emission growth in the energy sector, while
simultaneously attracting public- and private-sector investment in clean energy
development.
Position Description:
The
Program Officer is a full time position based in the ICED Project Office in
Jakarta. She/he is responsible for
supporting technical and administrative matters of program activities. She/he reports Office Manager and work
closely for training coordination with Training and Capacity Building Manager.
Roles and
responsibilities:
§ Provide administrative
support to all ICED program activities in events and workshop
§ Prepare draft budget for
events and work closely with Program Team
§ Assist the Finance
Officer in verify invoices, travel expenses, report from staff and payment
requests from Vendors/Subcontractors;
§ Assist in logistical
planning and execution for Component 1 and 2
staff travel for meetings, site visits and participating in events
including airline reservation, hotel reservation, ground transportation
arrangements and others as necessary;
§ Support workshop
preparation and oversee all details, including dealing with stakeholders to
ensure effective service and follow up
§ Responsible for post
event reporting, include cash advance settlement or expenses reporting
· Provide
a cordial and responsive written and verbal communication service to both
external and internal ICED2 clients for program and administrative matters.
· Prepare
letters and/or invitations in both Indonesia and English for different level
clients in an effective and efficient manner.
§ Support the Lead
Component and component Team members in contacting the Short Term technical
Assistance (STTA) consultants to coordinate meeting and field work;
§ Arrange international
travel for local and international short term technical assistance
§ Responsible to manage
logistic during event as assigned by Office Manager
§ Responsible for manage
event filing
§ Assist technical writing
and reporting specialist to manage publication
§ Other duties as assigned
