Responsibilities - Key End Results of Position:
Key Result Area (KRA) 1: Grants Projects Implementation
Indicators for success:Oversees the smooth start-up, implementation,
and close-out of all grants projects. Supports
the NPMs and Project Managers to develop and carry out project planning
(Detailed Implementation Plans, Monitoring and Evaluation Framework,
Communications Strategy). Ensures
strategic coherence, integration, and linkages between grants funded projects. Actively troubleshoots, resolves
issues, or flags problems to CMT related to grants implementation
Key Result Area (KRA) 2: Donor Compliance and Accountabilities
Indicators for success:Leads Month Grants Review meetings to
regularly monitor grants implementation.
Ensures strong financial monitoring systems are in place and SAP is used
optimally. Provides strategic inputs
for quality and informative grants reports, evaluations, and publications. Responds to high level project
implementation issues to donors, government, or National Offices
Key Result Area (KRA) 3: Program Quality, Monitoring and Evaluation
Indicators for success:Conducts regular field monitoring
of grants-funded projects and provides quality feedback to improve grants implementation. Ensures that grants project results
and inputs are tracked and monitored. Contributes to CO monitoring and
evaluation processes (Child-Centered Community Development, Program Quality
Procedure, Gender Equality, CO Quarterly Reports, etc.)
Key Result Area (KRA) 4: Partnerships and Networks
Indicators
for success:Oversees
the strategic development, relationship maintenance, and capacity building of
implementing partners and networks. Supports advocacy, sharing, and promotion
of grants projects to internal and external audiences
Key Result Area (KRA) 5: Performance Management
Indicators
for success:Supervises
the performance of all direct reporters and the team as a whole. Provides coaching and mentoring to
project implementation team members
Key
Result Area (KRA) 6: Country Management
Team
Indicators for success:Actively
contributes to CMT leadership and decision making. Represents Plan International Indonesia in a wide variety of
events and fora
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT :
Five ( 5 ) years project management experience preferably Child
Protection, disaster risk reduction, climate change, livelihood, WASH, ECD or rural development with
international NGO’s or UN. Experience working with donor i.e European Union,
World Bank, USAID and UN agency. Experience of managing project implementation,
delivering on obligations and a good awareness of donor requirements and
priorities. Experience in representational roles.
Experience in
promoting and developing learning in the area of expertise.Experience
managing a team.Skill
in a diversity of partnerships, NGOs, research and government .Demonstrated experience working with
governments closely and effectively.Strong
cross-cultural skills and a demonstrated ability to influence change without
direct authority, and to work successfully with farmers and professionals. Financial
and budgeting skills; Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
strong negotiation and facilitation skills; Ability to work to tight deadlines,
under pressure and to multi-task;Ability to work in insecure and difficult
environments Understand well on program
cycle: planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects;Commitment to child rights and CCCD
implementation
Knowledge and Skill: Good understanding about Program /
Project concept and practices. Good
understanding about Livelihood/ECD/DRM/Wash Management concept and practices. Good understanding about CSO
strengthening concept and practices. Good facilitation and communication skill.
Good networking with government organization, non-government organization, and
others relevant institution. Good
interpersonal skill and team work .Understand
about human right and child right.
Excellent computer
skill and Writing skills in English
