Organizer to conduct training on LAPOR-SP4N

Background
MenPAN-Ombudsman
RI-the office of President Staffs have just recently signed mutual agreement to
implement the National Complaint Handling Systems namely LAPOR-SP4N. It is a
single window for public to fill complaints on any type of public services which
will use several friendly platforms, include sms text, mobile apps, internet,
and social media. Following this MoU,
the parties are starting to accelerate the establishment of the NPCHS by
implementing several activities, include activities supported by SIAP 1 such as
development of iOS mobile apps to ease public in accessing LAPOR-SP4N, a
short-video promotion, developing SOP and training module, targeting the
general public and local governments.
To
promote LAPOR!SP4N Application, SIAP 1 will support the Office of the
Presidential Staff, KemenPANRB, and ORI to conduct a training to 1500
representative of the local government.
This training will be divided into three batches to accommodate the
entire participants. Considering a huge number participant will attend, SIAP 1
seeks to hire an event organizer to do technical preparation and implementation.
A. Objective:
To
manage, organize and ensure the training runs smoothly as expected.
Activities
1. Training preparation:
a)
Meeting
with the SIAP 1, beneficiaries and the Lead Facilitator (hired separately) to
gather information regarding the rundown, technical procedures and invitations.
b)
Develop
a timeline for the preparation of the event
c)
Coordinate
with KemenPANRB to do confirmation to participants.
d)
Coordinate
with SIAP 1 to ensure the venue (logistics and meals) are prepared
2. Training Implementation:
a)
Doing
final check to ensure the venue (logistics and meals) are well-prepared before
the event started
b)
Coordinate
with the representative from KemenPANRB, Ombudsman RI, and President Staff
office in regards to the rundown for the training
c)
Organize
the opening ceremony of the training according to the governments’ standardized
procedure.
d)
Ensure
all facilitators, trainers, and keynote speaker are ready before the event
started
e)
Organize
all administrative tasks include distributing attendance list, SPPD, etc.
f)
Ensure
all participants to attend the training sessions.
g)
Perform
other duties and responsibilities assigned by MSI SIAP -1
Qualifications:
1.
Event
Organizer which formed as a company is preferable
2.
Sound
experience in conducting a seminar or training event, and proven track record
on organizing conferences or events.
3.
Demonstrated
strong, coordination and facilitation skills.
4.
Strong
team player, results oriented, and problem solving skills.
