Key Result
Area (KRA) 1: Manages coordination of
program progress and updates; communication; sharing and learning between Plan
Indonesia with parners,
Indicator for success:Program progress and updates between Alliance
members and well-coordinated.Alliance’s activities and member’s strengths in
achieving the goal of program are well coordinated through regular
communication, sharing and learning to alliance members.A good and constructive
relationship among the Alliance members are established.
KRA 2: Leads the process of developing an implementation
plan of Yes I Do program with detail activities, operational processes and budget
for field level implementation in the selected areas.
Indicator for success:Project implementation plan is developed and
approved before implementation starts; Annual plans and budgets of all projects
are finalized and approved; necessary revision is done and approval ensured.
KRA 3: In
coordination with M&E Officer, ensures development of M&E framework,
including child/youth participatory M&E, to support comprehensive and quality
monitoring of the project performance at community, partner and country level
following corporate guide line of Plan and donor agencies.
Indicators for success:Approved M&E framework is in place before
implementation starts, including child/youth participatory M&E ;Project MIS is developed/established to
generate information for monitoring and management decisions
KRA 4:
Supports project managers at the local CSO Partners in overcoming operational
constrains to ensure smooth implementation and to achieve agreed burn rate of
the project budget
Indicators for success:Operational constrained are identified through
monitoring visits and regular communication with the local CSO partners and
alliance’s members.Required support channelled from internal and external
environment as required; At least 90%
burn rate of annual project budget is ensured in a consistent manner throughout
the year
KRA 5:
Establishes quality donor reporting system for grants projects by providing
guidance, setting protocols and building capacity of the relevant project staff
and local CSO partner staffs.
Indicators for success:Project reports to donors meets quality standards in
terms of language and fed with appropriate field information Project reports
meets donors deadlines
KRA 6:
Establishes learning from project experience/evaluation and sharing from other
alliance members, contributes to the development of the updated Alliance’s
Theory of Change and the development of Plan Indonesia’s project implementation
plan (activities and budget) for the upcoming year.
Indicators for success:Organizational learning protocol for projects is
established by specifying the roles and responsibility and deliverables of the
project team and among alliance’s members; Learning from the project and sharing
from other alliance members are incorporated in the specified decision making
process for new project or strategy ;Updated
Theory of Change and project implementation plan (activities and budget) are
prepared, finalized and approved.
KRA 7:
Represents Plan in advocating the Yes I Do program’s objectives to the
relevant government agencies; establishing and maintaining networks at
national, provincial and district level to support incorporating global
standard and learning into the projects
Indicators for success:Issues for advocacy from the projects are
identified; advocacy processes and protocols designed in consultation with
concerned program advisors and ensured approval from Country Directors.Plan has
access in the identified government offices for collaboration and promoting its
agenda.
KRA 8:
Provides basis for development of competent workforces for the projects by
planning and supervising the deliverables of direct reports, training and
motivating of project staff
Indicators for success:IAP PEA processes are completed in time for the
project staff members; Team works are visible across the project implementation
works.Staff capacity building processes are initiated on time as per Plan
Employee Appraisal Policy and Process; Project staff capacity is enhanced. Periodical review and discussion with the
staff are done for improvement in the staff performance.
Requirements:
Masters in Social
Sciences, Sociology, Development Studies, International Affairs, Law or other
relevant field with 5-7 years of experience in both Commercial Sexual
Exploitation of Children (CSEC) issues project management especially on
institutional funding such as USAID, DFAT, European Union, etc. Experience in
Community-Based Child Protection (CBCPM) and Theory of Change is an advantage. Women

Range Salary : IDR 11,550,000 –
16,500,000,-
