Dengan kualifikasi :
Team Leader
Preferably the candidate holda Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or environmental/sanitary engineering, with 10 years of experience as a team leader and project management specialist in the urban sanitation with Community Driven Development (CDD) approach.she/he preferably.

Deputy Team Leader/Financial Management Specialist
The proposed candidate should have a bachelor degree in economic or accounting, with 8 years of experience as a financial specialist in assignments of similar nature as financial specialistinprojects with CDD approach. The proposed candidate should also have experience as project accounting and or auditing specialist of a long-term IDB, World Bank, or international funding agencies-financed projects.

Community Development/Gender Specialist
He/She should have bachelor degree in social or communication or similar advance degree with 8yearsexperience as community/gender specialist in assignments of similar nature (urban sanitation projects with CDD approach). He/She is responsible to oversee the overall participatory process of all stakeholders involved in the project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Hygiene/Behavioral Change Specialist
The proposed candidate preferably have a Bachelor Degree in public
health or similar advanced degree from a recognized university, with 8
years experience as hygiene/behavioral change specialist in assignments
of similar nature (urban sanitation community based development
projects). The proposed candidate should also have demonstrated ability
to work congenially and productively with consultants, counterparts, and
other project stakeholders in a team context.
PPME/ Management Information System (MIS) Specialist
Preferably have a bachelor (S1) degree in Information Technology or similar advance degree with 8 years experience as PPME/MIS specialist in assignments of similar nature (urban sanitation project applying CDD approach). He/She is responsible for the overall project monitoring and evaluation systems including design MIS and website. The candidate will develop systems for, and undertake, monitoring and evaluation of project technical, disbursement performance, the delivery of the planned infrastructure, facilities, activities and programs, the achievement of project objectives and Project social and economic benefits.
