Awards Indonesia is managed by Coffey on behalf of the Department of
Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). The goal of
Australia Awards Indonesia is that: Indonesia’s development is enhanced
by the contribution of internationally qualified professionals and a
strong and positive relationship with Australia. This will contribute
across the whole scope of the Australia Indonesia
Partnership, including its goal to work in partnership with Indonesia
to achieve a more prosperous, safe and democratic Indonesia.
To contribute to the AAI, Coffey is
currently seeking applications for a Short Term Awards Officers to be
based (fulltime) in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Position
The Short
Term Awards Officer will be responsible for working with the Short Term
Awards team to ensure quality delivery of the courses. Under direction
of a Short Term Manager or Coordinator
the post will arrange operational, logistical and administrative
aspects of delivering Australia Awards Short Term Awards. This will
include contributing to all phases of the short course cycle, from
course selection and design, through to the implementation
of pre-course, on course and post-course related activities.
The Person
To be considered for
this role you should demonstrate good understanding of and experience in
administration and/or project coordination, knowledge of the Government
of Indonesia and/or SoEs and/or NGOs and/or private
sector and must have strong inter-personal skills for building and
maintaining relationships, delivering messages and identifying and
managing issues.
