The Institute for International Peace Building (Yayasan Prasasti Perdamaian) is a Non-Profit Organization, concern on the issue on Peace Building and Conflict Transformation.

We seek qualified Indonesian candidates for the positions below:

CAPACITY BUILDING OFFICER (1 PERSON)

Job Description:

• Assist Capacity Building Manager in developing program plan, management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs
• Write program report to Capacity Building Manager
• Make a budget plan for implementation of program and submitted to Program Manager
• Manage the program and budget in accordance with planned activities
• Build and manage networks
• Visit program sites if required
• Develop new initiatives related to the organizational concern issues.

Requirements:

• Has excellent social skills
• Works in a results-oriented manner 
• Flexible, communicative and sound 
• Has demonstrable expertise and experience in managing program
• Has experience in planning, monitoring and results-oriented methods of working.
• Has excellent administrative and numerical insight
• Can think analytically 
• Has excellent computer skills
• Education minimum diploma/bachelor degree in social science or relevant studies
• Having knowledge about peace, conflict and pluralism
• Able to write and speak fluently both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Able to work in minimum supervision
• Able to work independently and as a team member
• Able to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines

RESEARCH OFFICER (1 PERSON)

Job Description:

• Assist Research Manager in planning a research
• Provide inputs on areas of research 
• Assist the Manager in conducting reserach
• Write research report to Research Manager 
• Make a budget plan for the research needs
• Manage the program and budget in accordance with planned activities
• Build and manage networks
• Visit research sites if required
• Making publication on the research findings

• Has excellent social skills
• Works in a results-oriented manner 
• Flexible, communicative and sound
• Has demonstrable expertise and experience in doing reserach
• Can think analytically
• Has excellent computer skills
• Education minimum Bachelor degree in social science or relevant studies 
• Having knowledge about peace, conflict and pluralism
• Able to write and speak fluently both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Able to work in minimum supervision
• Able to work independently and as a team member
• Able to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines
