Save
 the Children is an international NGO and the world’s top independent 
charity for children in need. Since 1919, we have been
 fighting for children’s rights, saving their lives and providing hope 
for brighter futures worldwide.  Save the Children’s programs in 
Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We currently 
work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately
 300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, 
Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and 
Humanitarian Response.
We are currently seeking to fill the following

SUMBA FIELD MANAGER

ROLE PURPOSE:
The
 Sumba Field Manager will lead implementation of all projects/program 
implemented in Sumba island (West Sumba and Central Sumba), Nusa 
Tenggara Timur (NTT) province. This will include ensuring all program 
activities are implemented according
 to plan and at a high-level of quality; all reporting and planning are 
completed; all actions adhere to global sponsorship operations policies;
 all communications are completed in a timely and accurate manner; all 
child safeguarding controls are enforced;
 and financial and administrative management adheres to Save the 
Children policies and good practices.  S/he will also actively 
participate on the Extended Area Leadership Team (ALT) and 
systematically share knowledge from the sponsorship program within Save
 the Children in Indonesia. Sumba Field Manager will act as Office in 
Charge (OIC) for all projects/programs implemented in Sumba and ensure 
smooth program integration.
