Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following position:
Personnel Admin Assistant
(Code: PAA)
Location: Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
Major Roles:
To
assist Personnel Manager by coordinating all administrative personnel
matters that include payroll, tax reporting and employment contract and
extension database and to maintain efficient office systems and
procedures, with particular emphasis on filing and communication
management.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in any major (preferably in Accounting)
- Min. 2 years experience in administration, compensation and benefit
- Computer literate, especially MS. Office and Lotus Notes
- Good understanding about Tax (article 21), Jamsostek, and payroll system
- Excellent command in English (both oral and written)
