Job Title: Sr. Human Resources Officer

Contract Duration: Annual basis, which can be extended upon agreement
Overall Task
- Ensure personal data employees to MIS is updated
- Supporting and handling staff recruitment process and documentary support. Ensure usage and approval of relevant authorization forms; this is included but not limited to apprentice and consultant.
- Plan and Conduct staff induction and dissemination of Personnel Manual to all staff
- Liaison with local government offices on matters related to labour law, industrial relations and government regulations
- Ensure staff capacity building are properly deliver in accordance with capacity building plan both internally and externally.
- Ensure Performance Review (Annual Appraisal Interview) are properly handle in timely manner.
- Works with HR Manager to formulate Career and Manpower Planning
- Handling staff termination documentation.
- Backstop other members of Human Resources Unit team in absences or when workload dictates;
- Others work that may assigned by the supervisor.
- Finalize narrative, financial and analysis/statistic reports of all activities on a weekly/monthly basis as require
Communication, supervision, and Reporting:
- Reports directly to the Human Resources Manager Country Office under Support Services Department;
- Supervise Human Resource Officer
- Participate in various in inter-agency working group and task forces relating to HR policy development, coordination and harmonization.
- Coordination with all related staff unit in term of employement and office operational
- Liaison with local government offices on matters related to labour law, industrial relations and government regulation.
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business related degree
Experiences
- 4-7 years experience in the Human Resource field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Ability to effectively manage time, multi-task and pay close attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
