The
Nature Conservancy (TNC) is a conservation organization working around
the world to protect ecologically
important lands and waters for nature and people. In Indonesia, TNC
has been supporting improved natural resource planning and management
for 20 years, including working with government, private sector, and
local communities. TNC Indonesia Program is now
entering into a strategic partnership for integrated landscape
management initiatives with one of the largest and most technologically
advanced pulp and paper producers in the world.
We are looking for
candidates with knowledge and experiences of forestry
sector, particularly pulp and paper industry, to become part of a
vibrant and dynamic team to implement this partnership with our existing
team as well as our regional and global experts.

Leads, oversees and coordinates the overall implementation of this strategic partnership
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Forestry, Nature Conservation or related degree and 10 years’ experience in conservation practice or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree is preferred
- Knowledge of High Conservation Value, ecosystem restoration, climate change, and green development will be a plus
- Demonstrate adequate knowledge and experience in project management and partnership building
- Demonstrated experience influencing, developing and implementing conservation policy and plans at different levels
