Job title: Project Manager

Reporting to: Board of Directors / Founder

DNetwork
is a non-profit organisation founded in 2013 that aims to help develop
opportunities for people with disabilities to find work and offer
solutions to a more integrated community. DNetwork is based on Annika
Linden Centre, Incubator for impact and centre of excellence for non
profit work, social entrepreneurship and philanthropy.
Scope of Position:
DNetwork
is looking for a Project Manager to be part of the team to d plan,
manage, coordinate and financialy control the project by taking
ownership and reaching DNetwork’s mission, targets and goals.
Main
Responsibilities:
- Provide programme leadership, strategic planning, management and quality assurance throughout the program
- Coordinate ,delegate work and give mentorship to the employees/collaborators and ensure they reach their goals
- Develop and maintain constructive partnership with key stakeholders including: disability community leaders, educators, employers, supporters, government officials, non-profit leaders, and donors to further reach the mission of DNetwork
- Identify and develop new ideas and improve on established ones to help shape the future of DNetwork
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation and impact of all the projects of the project
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
- Maintain on-going research, networking and monitoring of the disabled community in Indonesia
- Be able to represent DNetwork to donors, government, partners and community relations and regional events
- Responsible on the DNetwork’s public brand and presence, including online and social media campaigns, multi-level marketing, earned media, and membership base
- Develop, write, and produce high quality reports and analysis for research, evaluations and annual reports. Able to write summaries in English and Bahasa Indonesia for public distribution
- Recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities. To be done in consultation with the founder
- Communicate, report and consult with founder/board of directors on a regular basis

- Determines strategies to move the organisation forward, sets goals, creates and implements actions plans, and evaluates the process and results
Specifications and Profile:
- University Degree in a related area
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role preferrably with background of the non-profit sector
- Worked in or understand the disability sector is a plus
- Excellent managerial skills and leadership
- Clear communicator both verbally and written
- Presentable and dynamic personality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer literate (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Access)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa, good reporting writing and communication skills is required
