candidates for the position of: People Development Officer
This position will be based in Jakarta and report to Head of People Development & Management . The job holder will be responsble To identify the needs of the organization in terms of talent management, monitoring ,counseling, facilitating the process of coaching and mentoring, which is in line with the strategy of WWF-Indonesia, provide suggestions for policy development in order to ensure the smooth operation of people development program and also to minimize operational disturbances on the employment at WWF-Indonesia.
This position will be based in Jakarta and report to Head of People Development & Management . - S2 in Psychology or S1 with an education in applied psychology
- Minimum 5 years experience working in the field of assessment and people development, preferably those who have worked as a consultant psychology
