Develop policy paper, concept note, strategic advice and recommendation to relevant program, design and program formulation, analysis on environment and factors influencing program, contribute to proposal writing, recommendation and technical assistance to program implementation related to promote sustainable socio-economic development at local level by strengthening participatory governance and encouraging community-based initiatives nationally.

Participate with the local communities and local governments by undertaking joint planning and joint implementation of community initiatives. Active participation in exploring innovative program and creative financing opportunity for addressing issues in community development.
