Vacancy:
Gugah Nurani Indonesia (GNI), a humanitarian, not for profit, community development based on fulfillment of child rights NGO is seeking to fill in the following position :

HRD OFFICER (HRD), JAKARTA

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, personnel administration, staffing, training and development, performance, monitoring and employee counseling.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff. 
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff. 
  • Provide accurate monthly salary data (overtime, deduction, etc) of every staff.
  • Processing staff entitlements and data, including BPJS Kesehatan/Health Insurance and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Perform other related duties as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCES:
  • Male/Female, max 35 years old
  • University Degree in Psychology, Business or Public Administration would be desirable, but it is not a requirement. 
  • Strong computer skills in relevant office applications software packages (i.e. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to works under pressure, multi task, and attentive to details. Well planned and organized 
  • Have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality 
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 
  • A sound knowledge of labor laws and human resources best practices. 
  • Fluency in English both speaking and writing
