Job Opportunity: Sponsorship Manager Bali Children’s Project is hiring! We are looking for a proactive and dedicated person to help us manage our growing sponsorship program. 

JOB VACANCY: SPONSORSHIPS MANAGER, Full time
Bali Children’s Project are looking to recruit a new sponsorship manger to run our growing program of sponsorships for children from poor families in Bali. Our Sponsorships Program is our largest program, gaining support from people all over the world. This new role has been created to help efficiently manage, report and maintain our sponsorships program. It is a crucial role within Bali Children’s Project that impacts the lives of hundreds of Balinese children. 

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and sourcing an ongoing waiting list of needy children requiring sponsorship, through use of BCP assessments and support staff.
  • Ensuring families are informed of sponsorships, understand their entitlements and will adhere to the claims procedure.
  • Managing multiple payment claims for 300+ sponsored children, the distribution of funds and effective filing.
  • Monitoring progress on 300+ sponsored children, using established BCP forms and procedures.
  • Reporting on graduating students each year.
  • Manage BCP’s Sponsorship Book, Sponsorship Spreadsheet and Electronic Database.
  • Overseeing the production of letters to sponsors, photographs and progress reports for each child, reporting directly to management and individual sponsors.
  • Provide up to date Microsoft Excel reports and summaries of sponsorships to management.
  • Organising translation of information relating to sponsorships (e.g. children’s letters to sponsors)
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. humanitarian support, business management/administration, development studies)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Excellent needs assessment skills.
  • Advanced computer skills with fluency in Word and Excel.
  • A proactive approach to supporting BCP programs and developing monitoring procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to compile procedures and reports to a high standard.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to undertake multiple follow up visits.
  • Ability to work as a team player and co-ordinate BCP staff.
  • A belief in BCP’s work to change lives by providing education to those who can’t afford it.
The ideal candidate will be Indonesian or Balinese, with experience in managing logistical works. You will be able to work as a team and co-ordinate others.
