Branch Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible in managing the business processes of field operations (clients’ recruitment, disbursement, and clients’ assistance);
- Ensure that the policy and procedure are strictly adhered to by all staff in the branch office;
- Ensure that all staff provides the best performance in capacity development planning, performance monitoring, and conflict management;
- Responsible in the administration of the branch office;
- Support and motivate the community to work together and cooperate with each other in improving their lives.
Qualifications
- Female up to 26 years old, not married;
- Minimum education is D3/S1 or had minimum 2 years’ experience in microfinance;
- Able to drive a motorbike.
- Into field-work and willing to work and live in rural areas;
- Commit with Amartha’s objectives in improving the welfare of low-income households through microfinance;
- Possess good integrity, honest, conscientious, discipline, hardworking, and able to communicate well;
