SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia is a part of SOS-Kinderdorf International which is an international umbrella organization of national associations. It is a non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational and non-profit social development organization, working exclusively in the public interest.

Its objectives are:
- To provide specialist care and support for orphaned and abandoned children through the SOS Children’s Villages.
- To support children, young persons and families in need through the establishment of social centers, schools and vocational training centers.
- To advocate and promote the rights of children throughout the world.
- To work with international organizations, and promote world-wide understanding and exchange of knowledge on child care issues.
- To serve as a model of long-term family based care.
POSITION PURPOSE
Data Entry Officer:
- Responsible for daily encoding (entry data) all new donor’s Information into database.
- Responsible for preparing and sending verification file to Bank.
- Assisting donor service team handling inbound calls
JOB PROFILE
- Daily encoding for donors (Sahabat SOS) information into database.
- Foldering all donor’s document and liaise with data storage company for storing.
- Responsible for preparing standing instruction and sending verification file to bank
- Responsible for uploading verification result into database
- Assisting donor service team handling inbound calls on behalf of SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia
- Based in Jakarta
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimal Diploma in any field
- Related working experience will be advantage
- Excellent Computer skills
- Data Entry skills
- Organized with an attention to detail
- Familiar with greetings and do phone conversation
- Able to speak and writing english
- Able to work in a team as well as individually
