Overall management of JNO MOFA TVET Grant programme in Semarang, and
responsible for quality donor compliance
- Advise the project team, partners, relevant stakeholders including government officials, CO members, and JNO grant team on project management issues to implement timely programming, fund management and team responsibilities
- Lead budget management of programme
- Produce timely project/finance reports and proposals, and process necessary actions to Embassy of Japan for smooth project implementation in accordance with bilateral donor policies and procedures
- Business trip to Tokyo (once or twice a year) and to Jakarta, as needed
- Any other required roles
Qualifications
and Knowledge, Skills, Behaviors, and Experience
- University degree in any field (the certificate in English will be submitted after offering the post)
- 3 years or more experience working in community development in developing. Working experience for NGO is advantage
- Experience of MOFA or JICA funded NGO project management is strongly preferable
- Strong written and spoken Japanese and English language
- Willingness to learn Bahasa and work with different cultural back ground people
- Knowledge and back ground of Youth Economic empowerment or TVET is advantage
- Computer skills such as Microsoft office
- Sign a Child Protection Policy and good understanding on Plan International’s activities
Starting
Date: Early August 2015 – Depending on Funding availability
1-2 weeks induction in Tokyo will be provided while applying for
necessary Visa for Indonesia. Immediately after obtained appropriate Visa, to
get deployed to Jakarta for further induction in county for a week (or 2weeks) then
move to Semarang
