Job Vacancy: Associate Program Officer at AMINEF

AMINEF, the binational foundation that manages the Fulbright scholarship programs and other U.S government-funded scholarships in Indonesia, seeks an Associate Program Officer to assist AMINEF staff in the administration of educational scholarship programs for Indonesian candidates in the United States. The work involves the planning, development, facilitation, implementation, evaluation and administration of a wide variety of such scholarship programs and initiatives.

Required qualifications:
- A university accredited US or Indonesia Bacherlor's or S1 degree in a social studies discipline, communication, or business management
- Minimum of 2 year work experience in a similar position
- Good oral and written English skills: minimum 550 ITP (iBT 80) TOEFL score
- Good organizational, communications, and computer skills
- Ability to provide effective and courteous services to potential candidates/grantees
- Ability to manage events, or with some experience in managing events is preferred
- Ability to produce financial reports and budget proposals 
- Ability to foresee and manage multiple, detailed tasks
- Available to start working immediately
