Save the Children seeks Consultant for End-line study of CSHS SETARA based
in Cilincing Sub District, North Jakarta District, DKI Jakarta Province.
SETARA
(Strengthening
Education Through Awareness and Reading Achievement) project aims to
improve quality of education at primary school level in North Jakarta
district and pre-school
level in Belu district, NTT. The project offers solutions to
inter-related constraints to primary school access, attendance, and
literacy in disaster prone area in North Jakarta by implementing a
Comprehensive School Health and Safety (CSHS) and Literacy Boost
approaches.
This Term of References (ToR) refers to End-line study of
SETARA project focusing on CSHS approach. CSHS is a mixed approach of
comprehensive school health and comprehensive school safety at primary
school basis. The comprehensive school health
is based on 4 pillars that are comprehensiveness of existing health
related school policy, compliance with national school safety standard,
delivery of regular skill based health education session, and access to
minimum package of school based health and nutrition.
Meanwhile, the comprehensive school safety is rooted in 3 pillars that
are safe learning facilities, school disaster management, and risk
reduction and resilience education.
