Millennium
Challenge Account - Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia) is a trustee institution
that represents the Government of Indonesia to implement a five-year
(2013-2018) Millennium Challenge Corporation's
Compact Program, a major pillar of the United States-Indonesia
Comprehensive Partnership and the largest single pledge made by the
United States to Indonesia to date.
MCA-Indonesia
has three projects under Compact Program: Green Prosperity,
Community-based Health and Nutrition to Reduce Stunting and Procurement
Modernization. Our projects are designed, managed
and implemented by Indonesians, for the Indonesian people. Our most
important development work happens where it should be: the districts and
the villages.
Our goal is to reduce
poverty through economic growth. Our program is country-driven,
reform-centered, and results-focused in order to maximize its
effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
To reach the goal, MCA-Indonesia is seeking highly dynamic and deliverable-oriented professionals for a better Indonesia :
Manager, Campaign
The Campaign Manager will Assist the Community Health and Nutrition (CHN) to reduce stunting Project Director and team in:
- The day-to-day implementation of the National Nutrition Campaign activity in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Indonesia Compact Program.
- Ensuring the successful completion of the Behaviors Change Communication activities and achievement of the project objectives
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop the annual work plan and budget estimation for campaign activity on childhood stunting; prepare and propose Terms of Reference (TOR) for activities related to the campaign; and ensure that campaign activities are conducted according to plan. Liaise with the Communications & Outreach Director and Unit when necessary, especially in aligning CHNP campaign activities and Communications & Outreach activities.
- Conduct a mapping on existing health and nutrition campaign program and project that being implemented in Indonesia and conduct coordination with others stakeholders that have similar activity.
- Provide input to the project design, especially related to strategy to change community behavior on the nutrition practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison between MCA-Indonesia and the National Secretariat Team at the Ministry of Health (MoH) and coordination with MoH in terms of (a) implementing campaign activity and (b) ensuring that the campaign activity is in line with the MoH policies and the MoH is fully supporting the Project.
