The Program
AIPHSS
Program is a partnership program between the Government of Australia
and the Government of Indonesia focusing on strengthening of health
financing systems & capacity building of health human resources in
order to improve access to and quality of basic health services. AIPHSS
Program is managed directly by the Government of Indonesia through the
Ministry of Health (MoH) at National level and through
Provincial/District Health Offices at sub national level.
To contribute to the AIPHSS program, Coffey is currently seeking applications for a
TA Recruitment Officer.
The Position
TA Recruitment Officer - 492659
The
TA Recruitment Officer is accountable to the TA Coordinator, but will
have close
working relationships with Implementing Services Provider (ISP)
Operations Manager, ISP Team Leader, the ISP and Coffey HR Teams, ISP
Procurement Manager and ISP sub national offices. The TA Recruitment
Officer is required to manage and further develop a technical
assistance pool by proactively sourcing technical consultants in health
systems. In addition this position will be responsible to provide HR
Administration support for the recruitment, contracting and mobilisation
of TAs.
The Person
To
be considered for this role you should have demonstrated experience in
Human Resource
Development or Technical Assistance program and/or in a donor funded
program. You will have demonstrated strong recruitment background with
proven ability to successfully undergo all steps in the recruitment
process for both International and National candidates
and extensive experience in managing the recruitment, selection and
placement of highly skilled health development professionals. The
successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing
assessment methods for TA.
