Officer
CARE is a leading humanitarian organization
fighting global poverty that has been working in Indonesia since 1967. CARE
seeks qualified candidates for an upcoming USAID-funded climate change
adaptation program in Indonesia to strengthen climate and disaster resilience.
Successful candidates for the position of IT &Procurement Officer will
have a responsible to provide assistance and services to
project staff in addressing the issue of Information Technology and procurement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma
in IT relevant field such as: multimedia application, Managament Information
System (MIS), networking, software development, etc.
2)
Experience in :
- providing general IT support, including networking, troubleshooting, multimedia application.
- using Windows and other office applications.
- producing and editing IEC (Information, Education and Communication) kits
- managing database and general information system (GIS).
- servicing humanitarian aid projects (added value).
- Procurement procedure and asset system.
- Negotiation with vendors or others.
3) Others:
- Ability to complete given assignments accurately and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage varied workload, prioritize tasks, work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team and a Customer satisfaction oriented.
- Ability to Negotiation with vendors or others.
- Moderate English skill.
