Required qualifications:
- A university accredited US or Indonesian Bachelor's or S1 degree in a social studies discipline, communications, or business management
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position
- Good oral and written English skills: minimum 550 ITP (iBT 80) TOEFL score or IELTS 5.6
- Good organizational, communications, and computer skills
- Ability to provide effective and courteous services to potential candidates/grantees
- Ability to manage events, or with some experience in managing events is preferred
- Ability to produce financial reports and budget proposals
- Ability to foresee and manage multiple, detailed tasks
- Available to start working immediately
