Project Officer for Family Support Group Project

UCPRUK is seeking an officer with strong commitment, active, and strong disability perspective to oversight a Family Support Group Projects implemented in East Java and Central Java Province. This is a dynamic position that requires a candidate with project management and facilitation skill and develops strategy for a community base activity. This is a full time position and will be based in Yogyakarta.

The ideal candidate will join UCPRUK with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an NGO or INGO setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project implementation, activities and Family Support Group project
• Assist the US base Program Manager in reviewing and developing material for group’s training
• Develop project work plan and responsible for project budget plan and reporting
• Work closely with data base team, therapist team and manage  local facilitators  in the respective areas
• Create monthly and quarterly report and submit to Deputy Director

Requirements

• 3 + years NGO/INGO work experience in program and staffing management
• Relevant education background with a minimum of a Bachelors Degree
• Preferred experience handling project and works for disability issues
• Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, work independently, while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbally and in writing with staff, local and foreign experts and government officials
• Ability to communicate in local language (Javanese language)
• Proficient command of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player

Salary

Range IDR 4.750.000 based on previous experience & skill-set
