Yayasan Rumah Energi (YRE) as
major shareholder now on the process of establishing a company with
vision to become a leading provider of Renewable Energy, Water Supply
and Food Security services in order to enhance public access to these
services. The company intends to create value by engaging in economic,
efficient and reliable biogas/mass, solar or wind energy business and by
promoting sustainable organic food business, clean water and green
agribusiness, contributing to a sustainable society.
The company is looking for a dynamic Indonesians national to fill the following positions:
DIRECTOR (JAKARTA)
Summary
The Director has overall responsibility for the leadership, strategic
direction and business results of the company. Working closely with the
Board and the YRE team, the Director ensures that the company
establishes appropriate goals, manages its resources to meet these goals
and executes the steps necessary to deliver the highest possible
standards of business performance. A key responsibility of the Director
is to develop, manage and coordinate all activities and work processes
needed to achieve business targets, including marketing, operations,
services, business development, networking and government liaison and
other relevant tasks to ensure a successful business.
Responsibilities & tasks
The Director will have the following tasks:
- Provide full-time leadership to all team members of the company;
- Manage the human resources of the company in a responsible way, providing coaching and support while maintaining discipline among the team members;
- Develop complete operating guidelines for the company and strengthen it to ensure that the company is financially and managerially transparent and accountable;
- Manage working capital to make the company financially sustainable and self-reliant;
- Groom the company into a strong, integer and professional institute aimed at delivering high quality services in the field of renewable energy, food security and water supply;
- Develop an efficient organizational structure and task division, allowing the company to systematically meet project demands and business commitments;
- Develop an extensive business and partner network leading to business opportunities and a sound reputation;
- Secure financial sustainability by identifying, implementing and finalizing business deals;
- Ensure that the company executes the business plan as agreed by the shareholders;
- To have the company engage in the renewable energy, food and water sector in a professional and accountable way;
- Ensure that company operations are properly planned, executed, monitored, evaluated and finalized.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business development, management, or similar discipline or other relevant fields preferably in fields of inclusive business, renewable energy;
- Demonstrated experience in development oriented business in the field of energy and environment;
- Approximately ten (10) or more years of professional experience, including approximately five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing business entity, renewable energy development, and/or natural resources management;
- Practical knowledge in production, marketing and after sales services in business development including business management;
- Readiness to travel frequently;
