My client is a global renewable energy player that develops, owns and operates renewable power portfolios around the globe.

Responsibilities:
- Director- Acquisitions (Solar/Wind) will be responsible for seeking acquisition opportunities for solar/ wind assets in Indonesia. He / She will participate on valuations of assets and assets portfolios as well as asset holding companies.
- Director- Acquisitions (Solar/Wind) will be involved in negotiations and conducting risk assessment and propose solutions to mitigate them as much as possible. He / She will coordinate with the legal, project finance, technical and asset management team among others.
Core Requirements:
- Director- Acquisitions (Solar/Wind) must have atleast 10 years of experience in Indonesia. He / She must have a comprehensive understanding of the operational and development renewable energy projects in Indonesia. He / She must have an MBA or Master Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Business/ Law related subjects
- Director- Acquisitions (Solar/Wind) must have thorough knowledge of renewable energy regulations and programs in Indonesia. He / She must have a strong network with utilities, developers, EPCs, banks, legal firms among others in Indonesia.
