WWF Job Vacancy: Social Development Coordinator based in Wakatobi

We are the largest nature conservation NGO in Indonesia, which has started its activity since 1962. Currently, we have 28 offices, from Aceh to Papua and has a total of more than 400 staff. Since 2006, our organization supported by more than 54,000 supporters from all over the archipelago.
We are currently seeking a highly qualified, experienced candidate, who has reputable qualifications for: Social Development Coordinator (SDCW) based in Wakatobi, which Responsible to act as the focal point for WWF Indonesia in facilitating the implementation of a Social Development Program, in terms of communication, development and strengthening the economic and institutional coastal community, build awareness and environmental education, community empowerment, and assisting the ICCA (Indigenous Community Conserved Area) location as agreed in order to support the Marine Protected Area (MPA) Program for Fisheries in Inner Banda Arc seascape.
Requirements for this position :
-        Bachelor degree from Fisheries and/or Marine Science, Biology, Environmental Study, or Social; Master Degree are preferable.
-        5 years experiences for Bachelor Degree or 3 years experiences for Master Degree; have experiences working as Social Development and/or working with community
          and NGOs
-        Good Communication skills (presentation, lobbying, negotiation, writing), communication strategy, and also fisheries knowledge
