Job functions:
- Land Surveying and Identification Along railway Corridor, Port Area.
- Parcel land Measurement, based on Coordinates from Engineering dept
- Preparing Engineering Drawings, Processing Data Survey and Compiling All data for Land Requirement
- Preparing Operational Budget and Action Plan for survey land Department.
- On site cutting and Filling Calculation along Railway Corridor
- Assisting Land Acquisition Team to acquire all required areas, regarding Land mapping and land database, land sketch documentation, coordinating with all stakeholder before land measurement
- Preparing or transforming Engineering Drawings, Processing Data Survey and Compiling All data for Civil Requirement
- Preparing Daily Report and Weekly Report to Head of Land/Land Coordinator.
- Applicant should hold Bachelor of Science degree in geography emphasizing GIS
- Geography - Knowledge of various methods for describing the location and distribution of land, sea, and air masses including their physical locations, relationships, and characteristics.
- Cartographic skill - The ability to convey GIS/spatial information to non-GIS/technical people.
- Good Analytical Thinking
- Good communication skill (working knowledge on community negotiations and ability to adopt effective and appropriate courses of action; proven skills in public community communication and socialization.
- Information Gathering - Knowing how to find information and identify essential information, and validate the information.
- Information Ordering - The ability to correctly follow a given rule or set of rules in order to arrange things or actions in a certain order.
- Computer Science - Using and developing computer programs to solve problems (Mapinfo, AutoCad, Land Desktop, Global Mapper, and GPS Skill)
- Systems Evaluation - Looking at many indicators of system performance, taking into account their accuracy
