1. managing the
financial administration of the INA Office, including the financial
administration of projects and representations;
2. recording of all mutations, bank transfers and other financial transactions handled by INA Jakarta;
3. preparation of invoices and bank transfers administration of INA membership fees and INA services, as well as placing payment reminder calls;
4. preparing the periodic internal financial reports, and assistance in the preparation of the annual audited accounts;
5. preparing the financial reports for INA’s clients, donors and partner institutions as required based on the contracts concluded with them;
6. monthly reporting to the Tax Office;
7. administering all human resources related issues, such as the Employment Regulations, leave day administration, all remuneration matters, placing vacancy announcements, pre-selecting candidates and signing employment contracts on behalf of INA after selection by the Director;
8. monitoring of cash liquidity and minimizing INA’s exchange rate risk exposure;
9. petty cash consolidations and supervision of the person handling the daily petty cash;
10. supervising the staff members assigned to support you;
11. other activities and projects that may be assigned by management in line with your capabilities.
