Lowongan Several positions in sanitation program - Sumatera & Java

DIM invite you to join in several activities focused on sanitation which funded by donor in Indonesia. We are seeking for several positions as mentioned below:

1. Senior Urban Sanitation Specialist

Senior Urban Sanitation Specialist is responsible on-the-job support, technical support to local government agency on the strengthening sanitation service, business development, and utility management. The specialist will be based in Lampung with frequent travel to west sumatera and Jakarta.

Qualification and experience:

• Degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering or urban planning
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in WASH (Water Sanitation and Hygiene), preferably in urban sanitation or related areas with strong focus on planning, regulation and technical matters, 
• Proven practical knowledge and experience with small city, non-conventional sanitation systems and fecal sludge management, 
• Be adaptive, excellent team player and facilitation skills; 
• Have intensive experience working with local government agencies ; 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;

2. Microcredit Specialist

Qualification and experience:

• Degree in Economy, Finance or Business Development or relevant disciple. 
• At least 5 years of experience in microfinance lending operations and product development. 
• Experience in water and sanitation is  a plus. 
• Experience working with commercial banks, WASH service providers and/or SMEs. 
• Fluency in English and strong skills in communication. 
• Have more knowledge for local content (Tangerang, Serang, Lebak).

3. Field Facilitator

Field facilitator is responsible on-the-job support, technical support and supervision to Sanitation SMEs on strengthening sanitation service.

Qualification and experience:

• Degree in environmental engineering, health promotion or other relevant disciple.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in WASH. 
• Be adaptive, excellent team player and facilitation skills. 
• Good knowledge in computer applications (i.e. Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point and email) 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines effectively. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bahasa and Local Content. 
• Will be based in Tangerang/Serang/Lebak.

4. Project Administration and Logistic Support

Qualification and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other relevant disciple 
• At least 3 years of experiences in Finance, Accounting and Administration area with similar position 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
• Good knowledge in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, email, internet,  and related software. 
• Ability to work within team and to work with limited supervision 
• Integrity and honesty 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines effectively within changing environment 
• Will be based in Tangerang.
