The
Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a multi-stakeholder
association dedicated to support Indonesian initiatives aiming at supporting
governance reform agenda. The Partnership works closely with national and
international community to initiate, advocate, and promote sustainable
governance reform in Indonesia.
The Partnership brings together the Indonesian
Government, Legislature, Judiciary, Civil Society, and the Corporate Sector
with the support of the International Community in initiating a long-term
process to improve governance in Indonesia in a durable way which expresses
Indonesian ownership.
Currently we have immediate vacancy for high caliber Indonesians with high
integrity to fill the following position:
KNOWLEDGE & COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT
- Under the overall guidance of the relevant Unit Managers (KRC and PRRM), the Knowledge & Communications Assistant provides support services ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency of work.
- Knowledge & Resource Center (KRC) is a unit in Partnership for Governance Reform (Kemitraan). Aside of conducting its signature research, i.e. IGI, KRC is also in-charge of management and maintenance of the organization’s knowledge. Until currently, KRC has been mainly managing its knowledge and resources through documentation of lessons learned and success stories as well as regular updating and maintenance of library collections. Any documentations and knowledge products produced by KRC are then disseminated internally as well as externally. In disseminating any knowledge products, KRC works closely with PRRM (Communication) Unit.
- External communication tools applied by PRRM (Communication) Unit in disseminating the organization’s products is mainly through website, e-mail and social media, such as Facebook and Twitter. These media need to be regularly maintained not only in terms of its IT systems but the most urgent matter is the management and updating of substantive issues to be posted and published through those media.
