SurfAid International is a non-profit organization
working for healthy and resilient communities in remote areas connected to us
through surfing. With the head office in Medan, the community programs
are implemented in Mentawai, Nias, Bima and Sumba.
Reporting directly to Program Manager Sumba, the Watsan Engineer will work with other field staff , community members and local officials to ensure clean water and sanitation is established in line with community development and WASH principles and donor contracts

WATER SANITATION ENGINEER SUMBA
Reporting directly to Program Manager Sumba, the Watsan Engineer will work with other field staff , community members and local officials to ensure clean water and sanitation is established in line with community development and WASH principles and donor contracts
- Engineer with minimum 3 years’ experience in working with communities for water sanitation project
- Excellent community development skills
- Experience in working and facilitating water committees
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Women and candidates from Sumba / East Indonesia are strongly encouraged to apply
